can i store my wine in the refrigerator?

Before you tell me that’s a big no no, you need to know that i made this wine in 2 weeks from welch’s grape juice and it is stored in the original welch’s grape juice containers. its not like this a fine wine or anything close. im just wondering if the fridge will completely ruin the taste because a wine cooler is absolutely out of budget.
no tony. actually you just dont know what youre talking about. I did a lot of research and read 2 books. I feel pretty comfortable about not poisoning myself. thanks for your concern though.

Chilling wine does nothing to the taste or quality of it. Its only when you chill it then warm it that it starts to taste a little off. But you really have to do it a lot to notice any difference. Generally, white wine is served chilled and red in served at room temperature… But it all depends on personal preference.

After I open wine I store it in the fridge. I think it tastes better that way, but that’s just me!

If this is "wine" that you made yourself, you may be in for a surprise. When you "ferment" grape juice and produce alcohol, dependent on the content, you may end up poisoning yourself.

I’m actually guessing that you just ruined some Welch’s grape juice by adding yeast and sugar then running it through a strainer to filter out the chunks.
